Services

AutoManuscript supports collaborative book projects by providing author pages, submission forms, account access, book slot management, editorial review workflows, exports, and related publishing support. Specific project details, deadlines, pricing, deliverables, and submission requirements may be provided on the site, at checkout, in email, or in separate written project guidelines.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login details secure, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized access. You may not use another person’s account or submit information for another author unless you are authorized to do so.

Purchases And Third-Party Checkout

Some purchases may be processed through third-party checkout providers such as ThriveCart and their payment processors. Their checkout terms, payment terms, and privacy practices may also apply. Prices, availability, and offers may change. Any refund, cancellation, transfer, or deadline policy shown at checkout or in written project communications controls for that purchase.

Author Slots And Deadlines

Author slots, page assignments, and dates may be limited. A purchase or assignment gives you access to submit material for the applicable project, subject to project guidelines, editorial review, deadlines, and production requirements. Missing deadlines or failing to provide required materials may delay publication, require reassignment, or result in removal from a project.

Your Submissions

You are responsible for the text, images, logos, links, profile information, and other materials you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit those materials and that they do not violate any law, privacy right, publicity right, copyright, trademark, contract, or other third-party right.

You agree not to submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, obscene, abusive, infringing, or harmful content. Project guidelines may set additional requirements, including word limits, image requirements, originality rules, AI content restrictions, formatting standards, and approval steps.

Publication License

You keep ownership of your original submission materials. By submitting materials, you grant us and the applicable project partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, format, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, promote, archive, and otherwise use those materials in connection with the book project, related marketing, digital versions, printed editions, production files, and promotional materials.

This license includes permission to use your name, image, likeness, company name, title, biography, quote, links, and approved submission materials for the applicable project unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Editorial Review

We may review, edit, request revisions, reject files, format content, correct errors, and make production changes to meet project standards. We may decline or remove submissions that do not meet project guidelines, legal requirements, quality standards, or production needs.

No Guaranteed Results

Participation in a book project does not guarantee book sales, rankings, bestseller status, media coverage, revenue, leads, search visibility, speaking opportunities, or other business results. Any examples or testimonials are not promises of future outcomes.

Site Content And Intellectual Property

The site, software, design, workflows, templates, logos, page layouts, and non-user content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the site or software except as permitted in writing.

Prohibited Uses

• Using the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Attempting to bypass security, access another account, or disrupt the site.
• Uploading malware, spam, or content designed to interfere with site operation.
• Submitting content that infringes rights or violates project guidelines.
• Misrepresenting your identity, credentials, permissions, or affiliation.

Availability

We may suspend or terminate access to the site, author forms, or project workflows if we believe you violated these terms, project guidelines, or applicable law, or if continued access creates risk for the site, project, or other users.
